Is the Free Plan really free?
Yes! No credit card required, Wistia's Free plan gives you 25 GB of storage for hosting, AI creation tools, and basic analytics.
Where should I get started?
Most teams start with the Business plan, which you can trial first with no credit card required! Business is Wistia's core plan and includes everything you need to create with AI, host, manage, and measure video as a business. As you grow, you can expand your account's capacity and capabilities with à la carte add-ons.
How does storage work?
All of the files stored in your Wistia account, which includes the account-wide content library, individual user libraries, and archived content, contribute to storage usage.
You can purchase additional storage upfront to avoid usage costs, and otherwise you will be charged for usage beyond what's included in your plan and/or prepaid.Can I add more users?
Yes, users can be added on all paid plans, which often include a number of seats. You'll be billed for usage beyond what is included in your plan as you add and remove users from your account.
What is the Automation Suite?
The Automation Suite, which can be added to your Business plan, lets you connect video engagement to your marketing tools, so you can capture leads, trigger campaigns, and measure impact automatically. Top integrations include HubSpot, Adobe Marketo Engage, and Pardot.
The Automation Suite is included in Webinars and does not need to be added additionally.What's included in Wistia's webinar product?
Wistia gives teams everything they need to host live and on-demand webinars from end-to-end. That includes registration, follow-up, chat and Q&A, along with the Automation Suite that integrates the engagement data to pipeline.
What if my webinar or live event exceeds my plan's per-event limits?
We have additional usage fees for our webinars and live events to help cover the non-trivial costs associated with live streaming. Our webinar products have an included number of attendees and event duration minutes per event (i.e. not cumulative across multiple events).
Additional attendees are charged at the current rate of $0.20 each, and additional duration minutes at the current rate of $2.00 each. If your event exceeds your included per-event limits, additional usage charges may apply at the then-current rates will be billed on your next monthly billing date.What's included with Enterprise?
Enterprise plans can include everything Wistia offers, including higher storage limits, more users, webinars with Automation Suite, advanced security, and dedicated support. Enterprise is designed for teams with more complex needs or procurement requirements. Talk to our team.
Will I be charged for bandwidth or views?
Bandwidth is included with every plan, which resets every month. Free accounts cannot exceed their limit, but paid plans will be billed for usage that exceeds what is included in their plan or is prepaid as an additional subscription. Yes. Upgrades and add-ons can be applied as your needs grow and managed as subscriptions in Billing Settings. On Enterprise, some subscription changes may require contacting a customer success manager.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, unless you are on an Enterprise plan or have a signed order form with us. If you cancel, you can cancel at the end of your billing cycle or immediately, but you will not be issued a refund.
